Netfira Refund Policy

 

Refunds may be provided only in the following circumstances:

    •   Netfira cancels a product or service in part or in full.
    •   Netfira cancels a product or service and replaces it with a differently priced service.

Proof Of Purchase

Proof of purchase is required for purchases for which a refund is sought:

    •   For invoiced products, the invoice number is required.
    •   For credit card purchases, the credit card receipt and tax invoice is required.

Refund Methods

The method of refund will be via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for invoiced products, and credit back on credit card purchases.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Victoria and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
