Hal Herron - Chairman
Hal Herron has extensive international investment banking experience. During his career he has been based in New York, Sydney and London. Most recently he held the positions of Global Head of Foreign Exchange and Head of Global Markets Europe for Deutsche Bank AG based in London. Mr Herron is a Chartered Accountant having qualified while working for Price Waterhouse early in his career. He has also served on the boards of a number of private equity firms.

 

George Ruul - Managing Director and CEO
George Ruul's expertise is in physics, math and business economics. He is the inventor of the Netfira technology and has been responsible for software development since Netfira began in 2003. In 1990 he founded Ruling Software, a business accounting and inventory software company which gave him an detailed understanding of the needs of small and medium businesses. 

 

Jay Hennock - Executive Director
Jay Hennock has worked in corporate banking and corporate advisory with Citibank and Bank of America. He co-founded Access Gaming Systems, which had licensees throughout Europe and Asia and sold his shareholding to International Game Technology in 1999. Jay has advised numerous technology companies over the past 20 years and is a founding shareholder in www.rsvp.com.au and www.nuontherapeutics.com

 

Steve Kennedy - Non Executive Director
Steve Kennedy has worked in banking and finance for almost 30 years. He is currently a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank Global Finance and Foreign Exchange. He has also worked in London and New York when he was managing proprietary trading risk for the Bank. An economist by training he has also worked for Bank of America, the Commonwealth Treasury and 'The Australian' newspaper.
